Carol Ferring Shepley, author of Movers and Shakers, Scalawags and Suffragettes: Tales from Bellefontaine Cemetery, will be signing copies of her book February 28th.

The signing will take place at Barnes and Noble in West County Mall at 2 p.m. Admission to the event is free.
